The current version of the QuickBooks module will only allow you to import from Interspire Shopping Cart into QuickBooks and not vise-versa. The QuickBooks module will be updated in a future version of Interspire Shopping Cart to be able to sync in both ways (Interspire Shopping Cart importing into QuickBooks and QuickBooks importing into Interspire Shopping Cart).
