If you are having trouble importing data from ZenCart it is due to a bug found in zencart.php. You can upload the attached file below to admin/includes/converter/importers folder to replace the file already located in this location. This has been tested and tried on 3.6.3 so if you are going to attempt any other version be sure to make a backup of the existing zencart.php file found already with the shopping cart BEFORE replacing it.
