Interspire Product Knowledge Base

The Interspire shopping cart requires the proper permissions to be set, if they are not already, to operate correctly. The permissions for your files and folders for the shopping cart can be viewed and edited in many ways. Some possible ways is to use your FTP software, or the file manager used by your hosting company.   Listed below are recommended settings to use if need be. Each list goes from top down with the most recommended settings to settings that may work.

Files

• 0644 or 644
• 0664 or 664
• 0666 or 666

Folders

• 0755 or 755
• 0775 or 775
• 0777 or 777
