Interspire Product Knowledge Base

Every time you log into the control panel of your shopping cart it checks to see if there is a new version available for download. The status of this can be found by looking at the right side of the page after you log in. You may have to scroll down some to find it. You are looking for a box that is labeled Version Check. If you have the latest version you will have a green check mark and a message indicating that you have the newest version. However, if you do not have the newest version you will have a yellow lightning bolt icon instead of the green check mark. You will also be given information on the current version you are using and what version is now available. To get the newest version simply click Click here to download the newest version link, and follow the instructions.
