Some of my checkout options display even if their country is not on the selected country list!

There was a bug in previous versions where the country check for the Bank Deposit, BPAY, Cheque, In Store and Money Order checkout modules would always return true and it would therefore display that checkout option. This bug has been fixed and will be available in the next Shopping Cart release (version 4.0).
