First, find out where that image file is located by right-clicking on the image and selecting view image or view background image. Now that you know where it is (example: http://www.yoursite.com/templates/Default/images/blue/header.jpg), you can replace that file with another of your choosing by uploading it to that location with the same name as the image you dislike.
