When you customize or create your own template you have a preview image that is used to display a preview inside the control panel of your shopping cart. Sometimes after creating your template or customizing one this image will not display inside the control panel. Follow the instructions below to fix this.

1. First make sure that the preview image found in [root]/templates/[your template]/Previews is named the same color as the color name you gave your template or your template uses.
2. After you have checked this you will need to navigate to [root]/cache/tplthumbs. Inside this folder you will find images that are cached for the templates that are installed in the shopping cart. Find the image that your template is displaying in the control panel. You will now need to move this image out of the folder and some where save in case something goes wrong.
3. Now when you go to the control panel and view the templates you will now see your new template preview image.
