Email Marketing Software for Hosting Providers & MSPs

Turn Email Marketing Into Recurring Revenue

Your customers already pay for email marketing. Today they pay someone else. Interspire Email Marketer lets you sell it under your brand, on servers you run, at prices you set, and keep the revenue.

A new line item. Your pricing. Your margin.

The Business Case

Your software cost is the license. Interspire does not charge when your customers add contacts or send another campaign, so your running costs are the server and the sending service, and everything above them is yours.

Example: 50 customers on a $15-a-month plan bring in $9,000 a year. Weigh that against a license, a server, and a sending service.

  • Recurring revenue: bill monthly or annually, on its own or bundled with hosting
  • More reasons to stay: a customer whose website, domain, and email marketing all sit with you has less reason to move
  • Room to upsell: move customers to higher plans as their lists and sending grow

Package It Like Hosting

Sell email marketing in plans, the same way you sell hosting.

  • Plan limits: contact-list limits and hourly, monthly, or total send caps for each plan
  • Plan features: permissions by group decide what each plan can do, from sending and imports to templates and settings
  • Sending by plan: shared infrastructure for entry plans, separate ESP accounts or customer-owned SMTP for larger ones

Choose How You Sell It

Start with one model and add others as customers grow.

  • Shared platform: one branded install with separate customer accounts, sold as a recurring add-on
  • Dedicated deployments: a separately licensed install for customers who need their own environment, domain, or database, sold at a premium
  • Internal platform: run it across your own brands or teams under central administration

Your Product, Your Customer

Customers log in to your platform, not Interspire’s, and the billing relationship stays with you.

  • Your branding: your logo, colors, interface text, and system messages
  • Separate customer accounts: each with its own login, lists, campaigns, templates, and reports
  • Your customer: you bill and support them; Interspire supplies software, updates, and escalation support

Runs Where You Already Host

Interspire installs on the servers your team already operates.

  • Standard Linux/PHP servers: including cPanel and Plesk hosts
  • Your sending path: the SMTP or ESP you standardize on for customers
  • API, forms, and webhooks: for provisioning and billing work scoped with your project

Common Questions

What does it cost us to run?

A license, a server, and a sending service. Interspire does not charge per contact or per email, so your costs follow your infrastructure, not your customers’ list sizes.

Shared platform or dedicated installs?

Most providers start with one shared, white-labeled install and separate customer accounts. Dedicated installs fit customers that need isolation or a managed private deployment you run for them.

How is this different from a Mailchimp-style reseller or affiliate program?

Those programs pay you a commission while the customer and the pricing belong to someone else. With Interspire you operate the platform, own the customer relationship, and keep the margin.

Who handles deliverability?

You or your customer own sending domains, authentication, and the SMTP/ESP path. Interspire provides the campaign, list, and reporting layer, and we can advise on architecture.

Can you connect this to our billing or provisioning?

Yes, through the API as project-scoped work. It is not part of a standard license, so define it up front if you need it at launch.

What if we run email for clients rather than resell it?

That is the agency model. See Email Marketing Software for Agencies.
