Can't read threads, download attachments or post in a forum?

If you're unable to post, reply or download attachments in one or more forums on the Interspire Forums, there's a good chance you haven't entered your Interspire Client Area information in your profile or you don't maintain an active license for the product of the forum you're trying to post in.

Associating your Client Area Account
Associating your Interspire Client Area account with your forum account is a simple process and only takes a minute or so.
  1. If you haven't already, register an account on the Interspire Forums and ensure you're logged in.
  2. On the forum home page if you're unlicensed you'll see a link to associate your account. Click the link.
  3. You'll be redirected to the Interspire Client Area. Enter your Interspire Client Area details to login. You'll receive a message that your account has been associated.
  4. Refresh these forums, you should now have access to the customer-only forums.

Still can't access a particular forum?
If you're still having problems accessing one or more customer forums or are unable to download attachments:
  • Ensure that you've purchased the product for the forum you're trying to access. For example, to view the Interspire Shopping Cart customer forums, you need to have at least one license of Interspire Shopping Cart.
  • Logout of the Interspire Forums and log back in.
  • If you still believe you should have access to one or more forums but don't, please contact us with your account details.
