Duplication of form fields error

Hi all,

I upgraded from the previous version of ISC (6.0.14) to the latest version (6.1.1) and noticed that the 'Built In' form fields had been duplicated four times each. These duplications can be seen in the 'Form Fields' tab under 'Tools' in the ISC back-end admin area as well as the 'Create an Account' page on the website.

I changed templates to see if that would solve the problem but the duplications are still there so I assume it's not a template issue.

I cannot delete the form fields under the 'Form Fields' tab under 'Tools' as 'Built In' form fields cannot be deleted from there.

Does anyone know how to delete the duplicate form fields?

Unfortunately I have not found a solution to this issue as yet. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this problem?

Just look in your database and delete the tables you don't want anymore, works great!
