Angry Problem displaying "list"

I am working in the "Website Layout" tab under design. In the top bar, i have 4 "blocks":
  • HTML BLOCK
  • LIST BLOCK Named "Root Pages"
  • PHP BLOCK
  • PHP BLOCK

In my config.php file I have made the following changes:

PHP Code:
$config->RestrictBlocksPerSection('top'4);
$config->RestrictBlocksPerSection('bottom'4);
In my styleguide.html I have the following:

HTML Code:
	<div id="Header" >
		<div id="Logo" class="tplcond-showif-haswebsitelogo"><a href="#" class="tplvar-site-siteurl-href"><img src="images/logo.gif" alt="" class="tplvar-site-logoimage-src" /></a></div>
		<h1 class="websiteName tplcond-hideif-haswebsitelogo"><a href="#" class="tplvar-site-siteurl-href"><img src="images/icon.png" alt="" align="top" /><span class="tplvar-site-name"> Electric Company</span></a></h1>
		<div id="Slogan" class="tplvar-site-slogan tplcond-hideif-haswebsitelogo">This is the website slogan</div>
		<div id="SloganWithLogo" class="tplvar-site-slogan tplcond-showif-haswebsitelogo">This is the website slogan</div>
    </div>
	<!--{ignore/} Close header -->
   <div id="TopMenu" class="tplsection-top-replace-block1">
   	Test Me
   </div>
   <div id="Menu" block="list" blockstyle="Top Standard">
		<div id="menuwrapper">

Default

Having the same problem..

Inter seem to have lost the original developer that built IWP and now don't intent to do any support for it..

The say its a functioning application and don't intend to develop it further. Pitty cos it has great features just some things don't work

If I get a fix I will let you know.

Regards
