Default "Low Credit Reminder Emails" don't send emails for a low credit

Hi all,

i've set in a group a limit in "Total Number of Emails" field and set a email reminder (0%, 15% and 25% of credits remaining) but don't work, the email don't arriving... both the administrator and the client.

The cron work fine but i don't see the notification, where it could be the problem?

You should first check your email settings in the Settings page and see if your test mail arrives fine.

Hi,

all mail arrivel fine, start and stop email campaign, but only this notification don't work fine, the user send all emails until exhausted their credits, but none of the 3 email set (0, 15 and 25% of remaining balance) arrives!

I've receive this root email:

Cron php -f /var/www/emailmarketer/admin/cron/cron.php
*** WARNING *** send job '955' couldn't be processed.

How can find the problem ...?

There is a known issue with low credit reminder emails, which has a patch listed in the bug report:

Applying the patch might resolve your original issue.

Regarding the cron error you just mentioned, is that the entire message, or is there more information? If you are receiving these repeatedly, you might want to open a support ticket in your client area:

Default Problem with reminder emails

Hello

I've set those reminder emails, but they haven't arrived.

Does this issue still ocurrs?
What can we do so notifications would work?
