Scott - the last (tiny minor) release was in September last year. Its nearly been 12 months - and that was such a minor release that there is no way your clients could justify hundreds or thousands of dollars to keep the maintenance active (it costs a lot when you have a lot of licenses).. Can you clarify Interspire's future development on this product?

Future development has not changed.

Email Marketer will continue to be sold and will receive bug/security patches. There is no eta on any new/updated features.

Although we strive to always improve our Interspire products, we cannot guarantee new product releases with any specific period of time. We will make every attempt to notify our customers current on support and maintenance of the availability of new releases.

Scott: Is the A/B test finally working? The bug was still there in 6.1.4 and your support was not able to tell me, if the bug is now fixed with 6.1.5

(Bug was: A/B test send out to x % and take winner after x amount of time for the remaining % of list. This feature never worked.)

Could this be causing an issue with the cron daemon and sending trigger emails? Last night at 8pm, we began receiving error emails with the following message every 3 minutes:

"Error: Cannot send trigger emails. Please notify your system adiminstrator about this error."

Can you clarify the upgrade policy? If i read it correctly, if i renew today, it is backdated to my expiration date (2011... did not see the point in renewing when nothing changed for a couple of years)... so renewing now would be pointless and I'd be better off buying a new license?
