Is there a way to customise the Unsubscribe Confirmation page recipients go to after they opt out? It's quite bland and obviously would be great to design it so that it follows the client's brand image.

I know this is an old thread but I am trying to do the exact same thing.

The question is about how to customise the "Unsubscribe Successful" message that is seen on the page unsubscribe.php when a contact clicks the Unsubscribe Link in an email.

The answer that you have given above shows the file to customise for creating your own unsubscribe form.

Do you know what file to customize to be able to see a custom "Unsubscribe Successful" page?

I have looked at the unsubscribe.php file but can't see where it is getting the html from to create this box and it's text.

Text are located at the language files: /admin/com/language/default look inside the files and you will find that string.

About the box page, as Teneo said you have to look at the template system to customize it. /admin/com/templates/unsubscribe_form.tpl
