Default Custom Site; Password not reseting for customers

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

We use ISC and have a custom cart that various companies have built upon over the past 3 years. That being said I'm hard-pressed to identify who made what change that caused the password reset function to break.

The customer can enter their info and the system sends them the initial password reset email. The link they click in the email initiates the second email containing the new password. However, when the customer goes in to enter the password generated by system in the second email, it is not recognized as the new password and instructs them to issues a new password reset.

We have received multiple complaints about this and usually I just go into the admin panel and reset their password manually on their profile. Any tips or hints as to where to look to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved, missing key files in the custom template folder.
