Default Interspire Shopping Cart User-Guide Now Available

Hi all,

Just a heads up for those of you who don't follow our blog, our extensive Interspire Shopping Cart user guide is now available from the Interspire Shopping Cart Documentation page on our website.

Partners can also find a private label version of the guide available in the Interspire Partner Portal.

Any chance of an editable version? It's a bit hard to trim down for specific users or customise in any other way in PDF format.

If it was done in InDesign, then perhaps offer the InDesign package to partners or something?

Good call. There used to be Word versions of User Guides that allowed us to add our own branding to guides.

I've also noticed that there seem to be a few blank pages spread throughout the guide.

I know there was just an upgrade to the cart and email marketer - but I am wondering if there has been a date set for a new upgrade and what new features will be in it - or if there is an update coming out soon and what that would fix...am I missing where to find info about updates and upgrades in the portal? And are updates free regardless of if my support has expired or not? I believe upgrades would always have to be paid for - is this correct?

I'd really appreciate it if the manual could be added to the partner portal in it's editable format for a few reasons:

1) It allows us to incorporate instructions for any bespoke client work we've done in one place

2) For a number of clients we manage the entire setup & configuration of their store and don't provide them with admin access. I'd really like to create a 'user only' version with the correct numbering.

If there's a reason not to provide in this format could someone let me know so I stop harassingthe UK partner manager :-)

Many thanks

Hello,

Are there any up to date docs for the Shopping Cart application?

Thanks!

Why can't I export 'Product Variations'? I'm importing 3000 products with all sorts of colours, size and styles.

Doing them by hand will take years? Is there no way variations can be added to a exported product file?

Better still, why can't a product file be export WITH product variations?

Is there a way you can add the product variation fields in an exported product file?

Grief, you guys have made this difficult
