Default Upload Problem

Hey Everyone,
I've got IWP 5 running on IIS 7.5 w/ PHP 5.2.17.

I've gone through adding the attachment plug-in to web pages through the content type options. This now gives me the ability to add attachments to my web pages.

The problem I'm having with this is that when I select a file, it uploads very quickly, but I still see the spinning circle with the side message that says "please wait uploading..." Even though I see that message, I still see the file name in the list with a delete/download link on the far right.

The spinning circle and message never go away.

If I view the page, I see where it has the attachment listed as "Filename (xxx KB)" and it IS clickable. However, when I click it, it never does anything. I use FireFox and when I click on the link it loads it up to download, but then never actually does pull it down.

I know the PDF is good because I used FTP to upload the same file, changed the name of it, and then went directly to the file and it worked just fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Sind.

In the file modules/attachments/templates/field.attachments.tpl,

Edit lines 46-48 to read as follows:
if($('#uploadingItems').html() != ""){
$('#uploadingItems').empty();
}

That will fix the spinning circle message staying on after a successful upload.

The failure to download problem is most likely unrelated.

Hope this helps,

Rick.
