Default IEM 6.1.3 Released

Version: 6.1.3
Released: 19th July, 2012

- Merged all changes from the 6.1.2 patch
- Added a check for DOM library existence in system settings (required for surveys)
- Statistics Pages will correctly remember the "Results per page:" setting.
- Advanced user settings will now save when creating user account
- Resolved a bug where images uploaded through the Image manager were inaccessible to existing campaigns
- Resolved several "undefined offset" or "undefined index" notices
- Resolved several incorrect "Permission Denied" errors
- Resolved a bug where contacts added through the XML API would not get autoresponders unless the "add_to_autoresponder" parameter was passed
- Resolved several timezone issues, including the
- Resolved a bug where user images were being copied to new campagins
- Fixed a bug where a contacts date field would be displayed in the wrong order (e.g. d/m/y instead of m/d/y)
- Resolved an issue where the default dynamic content tag was always included
- Fixed an issue where triggers do not send emails / add to list correctly
- Fixed an issue where the manage trigger page does not display "When" time correctly
- Resolved several foreign character display issues
- Fixed a missing 'AND' modifier in subscriber API 'IsUnSubscriber' method
- Fixed a bug where the image manager generated a DOM Exception error in Internet Explorer
- Fixed a bug that was causing multiple start/stop notifications for campaigns
- Fixed a bug where segments do not work properly when using "OR" modifier
- Resolved an issue with the application settings randomly losing values

Hi Scott,

Just upgraded my 6.1.2 IEM to 6.1.3 and the forms wizard doesn't provide the HTML code anymore. I just get an empty screen on both old forms and freshly created ones.

Seen that with other customers?

Seems like something that would be widespread enough that I would hear on the customer service side and you are the first to mention it.

If you open a support ticket the technical team can take a look and see what is going on.

I did open one a few days ago.
Still no response and part of my system is down.

@Satori - Do you know what the ticket ID was for that issue? I was watching yours after this thread was posted and thought everything was resolved.

Default Can t create user account

Hello

We bought new version 6.1.3 we install it but can add new user account. I can create user group but no user . What is solution i check permission in tools there ok but can fix this . Database is ak but problem is with user account

I have replied to your ticket. You purchased a 1-user license. This only allows 1-user account. If you needed to create additional users you would need to purchase additional user licenses.

when i send email from interspire without webversion & unsubscribe link it went to my inbox but then i put unsubscribe link it went to spam

Please respond to to the following performance issue regarding banned email addresses. I am not receiving the attention that is deserved in support. Moreover, I believe 30 minutes to query the database for 274K email address and verify if they are banned by a domain is extraordinarily long.

Notice in the 3rd SELECT statement the WHERE clause compares b.emailaddress = l.domainname. That query according to MySQL PROCESS LIST is exceeding 30 minutes to return data on a Dual Xeon w/24 GB RAM. Please advise we have received an indifferent response from support.
