Default Traffic, nothing to compare to...

Hi Everyone,

I own a ski and snowboard shop and have been juggling running the brick and mortar business and trying to get our ecommerce going as well. We have been in business just over three years and launched the website 2 years ago. I generally do not have much time to put into the ecommerce as the brick and mortar store is quite busy. I averaged 20 visitors per day with an average of one web order per week until a few months ago. I spent a chunk of time in September on SEO and cleaning up our look of the site. I now average 65 visitors per day and have increased to 4 web orders per week. I have zero experience working with websites until I started this venture and have nothing to compare to. My main question is this, is 65 visits per day still extremely low or is this not to bad? I do not spend any money on Internet marketing so this is all organic traffic. I am contemplating hiring a dedicated web employee in our future but am not sure if the investment would be worth it. Any insight of your experiences with this are greatly appreciated!
