Default Contact Interspire

Hello I have been trying to contact interspire for several weeks now.
I have tried the "contact us" form several times.
I get no reply.
I have tried emailing the CEO but no reply.
I have tried calling the USA phone number but it is an 800 number and cannot be accessed from the UK.
I have joined the forum but found most areas wont let me post.

I have also tried sending forum messages but cant unless I have sent 2 posts.
Finally I have found this area that will allow me to post. (Hurrah)

I am an inter spire customer, I am simply trying to get some advice regarding our mailer if it is possible to upgrade or do I need to reinstall.

Inter-spire certainly get the prize for the company hardest to spend money with. They are either understaffed or TOO big to care.
I am not sure which but would really appreciate some assistance getting in contact with them.

My partners are using my lack of progress to compel us to give up the email marketer and go with Mailchimp.

I personally like the interspire product but we now integrate with Chargify and its time to upgrade and get some support, I just need advice as to what to do. If I take out support on my existing version will this update me to the latest (I believe 6.5) or do we gets stuck with what we have got.
Its a simple question.
Upgrade or purchase new. What do I need to do to get the latest email marketer?
