Default Send error

Hi,
I know this isn't the support section, but I am not sure if the support ticket system is working.
I have a couple of recent tickets, and when i try to view them, the page is blank, plus I just submitted a new one and didn't get the initial autoresponse.

Anyhow, When I try to send a newsletter, it doesn't send - no errors.
When I try to send a preview, I get this error:
Code:
A preview couldn't be sent to the email address test@email.com: No connection
Please note: Custom fields, unsubscribe links and recently selected attachments will not show up in this preview because they are subscriber specific.

To test your emails with custom fields, attachments and unsubscribe links, create a test mailing list with yourself as a subscriber and send the email to that list.
I went to settings and it sent a test email just fine.

The program worked fine last week, and I haven't changed anything.

It sure is - we've had our regular number of tickets in the last few days.

So what has changed? Have you changed the smtp details or something else?

My guess is the smtp server details are wrong and the authentication isn't working (I have improved the error in the next version).
