Why do I have missing orders? It skipped an order number!

That means that the customer did go through the order process, but canceled their order before completing payment.

To view the details of the order, you'll need to navigate to the View Orders screen by clicking the Orders button in the navigation menu and then selecting View Orders from the drop down menu. Next click the down arrow next to your default view (defaults to "All Orders") and then select Incomplete Orders from the drop down menu.
