In the control panel, instead of a WYSIWYG Editor I see the following error message: The sessions in your application are not properly set. Please contact your server administrator

Possible causes for this include:
  • The presence of a directory under your "admin" directory named "temp" may confuse the Editor component that ships with Website Publisher into thinking that it is actually installed into a different product and will erroneously attempt to use that /admin/temp/ directory to store session information, causing the above error. To resolve this issue, please backup and remove the /admin/temp/ folder, as it is not part of the standard Website Publisher distribution.
