Submitting a comment on my Website Publisher 5 website seems to fail with no error message

You have enabled comments on the website but when they are submitted, you are seeing nothing.

The most likely cause of this is that the mbstring PHP extension is not installed on your web server.

Interspire support cannot correct this for you. To get this corrected, please contact your web hosting service provider and ask them to enable the mbstring extension in your PHP installation. If you are running your own web server, you will need to modify the php.ini file of your PHP installation to enable the mbstring extension.
