Thank you for rating this answer.

Uncaught exception 'InterspireStashException' with message 'Data file cannot be written to'

To resolve this problem you need to make sure that your cache folder and stash files have read/write permissions.

If you are not on a Windows server then you can easily modify file/folder permissions from a FTP client or through chmod commands. Try setting the /cache/ folder to 775 or 777 and the stash*.php files in that folder to 664 or 666.

If you are on a Windows server then you will need to log into the server control panel or contact the system admin/server provider to change the permissions.

You should also check that the following folders have read/write permissions while your there to avoid any future problems:

 /configs/

 /files/

 /images/

 /modules/

 /tmp/

 /tmp/tplthumbs/

 /templates

Folders, CHMOD these to757:
• /cache/
• /configs/
• /files/
• /images/
• /modules/
• /tmp/
• /tmp/tplthumbs/
• /templates
