My Character Set is UTF-8 but some characters are not displaying correctly, what is wrong ?

If you choose to use UTF-8 as your character set, you will need to make sure your database is created using UTF-8 as the default character set otherwise you may have problems with some letters not displaying correctly.

If you have phpMyAdmin installed then it has the ability to modify the character set if your database server supports it (MySQL 4.1 and higher).
