The file you are editing does not have the same number of editable regions as the copy you have on the server

When you attempt to save a file, WebEdit will try to work out the editable regions and replace whatever is outside the editable regions with the code from the original file.

If WebEdit finds out that the original file on the server has a different number of editable regions than the file you are editing, WebEdit will show you this error.

This error is usually caused by mismatching HTML or mismatching editable regions. Check your HTML and ensure you have opening and closing tags according to the W3C recommendations. Also ensure you don't have mismatching or nested editable regions.
