How do I change the confirmation email for the Signup Forms?

In the admin area, follow these steps:

1. Click Signup forms;
2. Choose a form and Click Edit;
3. Change the Confirmation Email text area to whatever you need;
4. Click Save.

When writing, keep in mind that two placeholders can be used:
%%USERNAME%% - will be replaced by the username chosen for the user
%%PASSWORD%% - will be the user password
