My Live Chat panel disappeared from my front page but is present on all other pages. What happened?

You may have deleted the Live Chat panel from your front page while in design mode. Panels that are deleted while in design mode will only change the page that you are editing. To get the Live Chat panel back, you will need to

1) Navigate to your Live Chat settings
2) Copy the HTML for Chat Service Provider on your Chat Service tab
3) Untick the checkbox next to your chat provider on the General Settings tab
4) Click Save
5) Recheck the box next to your Chat Service on the General Settings tab
6)  Enter the Chat Service tab that has now appeared and paste your HTML for the chat service.

This will reset your cart to show the chat service's HTML on every page in your cart.
