My EWay checkout does not work for customers who are guests

There was a bug in version 3.6.3 of Shopping Cart with the EWay module, where if guest checkout was enabled but account creation for those guest customers was disabled, then the credit card payment form at the end would go back to the same page when the form was submitted and not process the payment. This bug has been fixed and will be available in v4.0 of Shopping Cart.
