Why do I receive errors when checking out?

There is a known bug in the shopping cart that can cause problems when trying to checkout. Most of these problems can be fixed by simply switching from the default express checkout type to the multiple page checkout type. This can be done by following these steps.
  1. Make sure you are logged into the control panel of your shopping cart. Then click the blue Settings link in the upper part of the page. This will cause a sub-menu to appear.
  2. In this sub-menu click Checkout Settings. This will take you to the proper page to change your checkout type.
  3. In the Checkout Settings section of the page you will need to find Checkout Type: and change this from Single page express checkout to Multiple page checkout.
  4. Be sure to click the Save button to save the changes you have made.
