In this tutorial we’ll walk through how to get started as Zaidesk customer and how to use Zaidesk Customer Panel Features.
How to register as Customer?
Zaidesk communicates with Interspire customers through Support Email/ by submitting ticket on Zaidesk Support panel. When Interspire customers send its query on Zaidesk Support Email, that email goes into Zaidesk as new ticket and the Interspire Customer gets an registration email that has a link to set up password for Zaidesk customer portal.
Thus customer can log into Zaidesk Customer Portal through those set up credentials.
On Zaidesk Customer Portal the Interspire customer can
- Set Up new password
- View ticket listing
- Reply to a ticket
- Close a ticket
- Create a new ticket
- Edit profile
How to set up a new password
To set up a new password, click on PROFILE button from top right corner on dashboard, here user information and contact information are showing. On this screen, click on EDIT PROFILE icon next to PROFILE heading.
On CHANGE PASSWORD screen, add a new password along with old system generated password and click on UPDATE button.
Now you will use your new password to log into your Zaidesk Customer Portal.
How to view submitted tickets
After log into your Zaidesk Customer portal, Click on MY TICKETS button on top of the dashboard screen. Here you can view all your submitted tickets.
Click on ticket subject, you will direct to ticket reply screen, where ticket content, ticket status, Due Date, Created Date, Ticket Priority and its assigned agent are showing.
How to reply to a ticket
On tickets page, click on a ticket you want to make a reply to.
Add type in REPLY CONTENT text box and click SEND button. The reply will be sent to Zaidesk Admin/Agent Portal.
How to close a ticket
Depending upon the access given by zaidesk admin, customer may or may not close the tickets. If admin has not given this access to customers then only zaidesk agents can close the ticket. If customer has given this access then follow the following steps to close the ticket. On tickets listing page, click the desired ticket’s subject, it will direct you to the reply ticket page. On top of the page, click on CLOSE button. It will close the ticket from customer side and Zaidesk agents will be notified. If customer has not given the access to close the ticket then you will not see the CLOSE button on ticket details page.
How to submit a new ticket from customer account
After logging into your Zaidesk Customer Panel, on dashboard click on NEW TICKET button on top. It will direct you to the ticket form. After filling all required information, click on SUBMIT button. The ticket will be successfully submitted.
How to edit customer profile
After log into your Zaidesk Customer Panel, on dashboard click on PROFILE button from top right corner. It will direct you to the profile page where user information and contact information are showing. On this screen, click on EDIT PROFILE icon next to PROFILE heading.
On Edit Profile page, you can change your already added information or can add new information from scratch. After adding all information , click on UPDATE button. Your account information will be successfully updated.
