Interspire offers a 30-day money back guarantee. The Software can be returned and the license canceled for a refund provided that:
- The Interspire team was contacted and allowed to troubleshoot the product installation.
- The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will take 7-10 business days to process and given the circumstances may take a bit longer. Credits will be made in the same mode of payment.
Since the software is unencrypted, all copies of the software and associated license keys must be destroyed upon refund.
The acceptable use and modification of the software is governed by our End-User License Agreement.
The installation service fee is also refundable as long it has not been performed yet.
